Established in 2016, Gradient’s focus is on design inspired by nature for a life better connected with the outdoors. Our skills are derived from formal qualifications in architecture and a decade of experience in landscape architecture, urban design and horticulture.

We create customised design solutions that respond to the unique challenges of each site and the specific needs and preferences of our clients. Consultation & Briefing

We’ll discuss your ideas, vision, goals, budget and assist with outlining the design brief. We’ll make a preliminary inspection of the site and produce a fee proposal outlining the project understanding, design process, scope of works, program and fee schedule.

Development Approval

Depending on your project requirements we’ll work with Council to ensure all approvals are in place prior to construction. We’ll follow local guidelines and Council requirements to help obtain your DA approval.

Preliminary Design

We conduct a comprehensive site analysist to gain a closer insight into the possibilities and opportunities of your property. We’ll start sketching our ideas and create a conceptual digital model.

Detailed Design

The approved design will be updated to include detailed construction drawings.

Developed Design

Following a review process to gain your feedback on the concept design we will update the drawing package to include more detail.

Construction

We have great working relationships with local contractors otherwise we will we work closely with your chosen builder.
